Shipping And Delivery
Free Shipping on all orders
Tracking information is automatically sent to the email address you provide at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information within 1-3 business days of the above processing time, please check your spam folder.
As of now, we do not support international shipping
All orders sent to customers are exempt from additional duties and taxes.
Your order will be fully refunded if it’s canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please email us at email@example.com, if you decide to cancel the order. We will not accept order cancellation request if the orders have already been shipped.
CHANGE ADDRESS OR PHONE NUMBER:
If you would like to change your address, you will need to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and update us with the new delivery address. After the order is shipped, we will no longer be able to change the shipping address.
DAMAGED OR MISSING PACKAGES :
Please check all items thoroughly after receiving them. Sometimes your items may be damaged in transit. When this happens, we just need you to send an email and damage photos within 15 days of the shipping date. Any damaged or missing items reported after 15 days will not be refunded. Please do not discard any packaging or product until all shipping issues have been resolved. Email us at email@example.com, so that we can work with you to resolve the issue.
